1. 3 Full Days (72 hrs.) Notice to Cancel.
Less than 3 full days (72 hrs.) notice to cancel will result in the loss of your deposit. A deposit (min. $100) is required for booking sessions and that must be paid before a session is booked. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. Your session starts "At The Time You Book, Not The Time You Show Up".
We start billing studio time at the time you book so please don't be late. If one of our staff members are late for your session, you will receive and equal amount of studio time for your inconvenience.

3. Session CD's Are $5 ea.
We are intent on providing a professionally made CD-R of the highest standards. In order to support our staff and equipment to meet this goal, we do not offer discounts on this fee if you bring your own CD-R media.

Computer disk space for recording is required for studio sessions. Backing up of all material is required. A small amount of studio time is used for this backup process with each session.

4.

Don't forget, it takes time to make a CD and back up your work at the end of a session. Please plan time for this.

Time 6:00pm - 11:00pm
5:50 Pre-Session Readiness
Your engineer arrives at least 10 minutes early to make sure everything is in order in all the rooms you may be using. It is also a time for the engineer to set aside all personal matters and get their mind tuned for your session so you will be receiving all of their undivided attention.
6:00 Session Start Time.
Your engineer is ready to go and will take you into the control room. You and your engineer will then discuss what you need to get done and agree on a plan of attack. It is a good idea to work on the most important things first, in case you run out of time.
10:15 Session Wrap-up Plans
Around 30 to 45 minutes until the end of your session, it is a good time to start thinking about how to wrap up for the day. It takes time to properly wrap up a session. Two of the most important things that need to occur within the session time are (1) make copies of your days work and (2) properly back-up all your new work. This process can take as little as 10 minutes on up to 40 minutes depending on your requirements. Planning ahead will make this process productive and leave everyone happy at the end of a session.
11:00 Session Ending Time
At the end of a session, your bill for the day will be totaled up. This will include session time, CD copies, and Hard Drive Recording space. We ask that you "pay as you go" for each day's work. Please understand that we do not release any form of work that is not paid for in full. If you are booking an additional session, or already have a session booked, your deposit will be carried over to the next session and the full amount of the current session is due.

This is also a good time for you and your engineer to plan your next session(s) and book it. If your project is finished, we offer complete CD Duplication services for any size order.

We thank you and look forward to working with you!
